W.e. the hell the Founding Fathers did isn't relevant, it's their ideas, not their actions that matter. It's not that marijuana users are useless, it's that the "Christian Conservative" base finds it morally wrong, and feel that they have ultimate authority to justify everyone else's morals and ethics based on "God's" or, very rarely, their own.

Marijuana users are no less useful then cigarette smokers. Gov't needs to GTFO of people's personal affairs.
