I'm not sure that people wish to remain ignorant, I think they just don't understand that there is something different out there than what the MSM is giving them. And after so long of being told what/how to think, it's difficult to come out of that shell and see things for what they are. Blame the MSM programming, and even the schools for not teaching people to think for themselves, but don't blame the people, they don't know any better. Do your best to help educate them and let them see there is an alternative to what they are being spoon fed, and they will no longer suck on the media teat of the MSM, but start having independent thoughts of their own.

Sheeple don't want to do homework...they want, nay, they NEED to be lead and told what is right. They need the Governement (Shepherd) to take their freedoms and keep them safe, for thier own good.

Sheeple don't think for themselves...the shepherd can't have that...for if the sheeple stray, the shepherd's dogs might have to be called out to retrieve the stray sheeple - and sheeple are afraid of the shepherd's dogs...
