It makes me sad that quite alot of people who claim to be RP supporters, here and on ohter RP sites, seem to be devoid of humor. They seem glum, joyless, crotchedy. Ron Paul is not that way. He's possitive, friendly, and in fact, seems to have a great sense of humor.

Honestly, it's true. Most people who are following the MSM dictates like sheep don't even realize they're sheep. Any one who said Huckabee's win in Iowa was a "Big surprise!" is one of those people.

I'm not sure that people wish to remain ignorant, I think they just don't understand that there is something different out there than what the MSM is giving them. And after so long of being told what/how to think, it's difficult to come out of that shell and see things for what they are. Blame the MSM programming, and even the schools for not teaching people to think for themselves, but don't blame the people, they don't know any better. Do your best to help educate them and let them see there is an alternative to what they are being spoon fed, and they will no longer suck on the media teat of the MSM, but start having independent thoughts of their own.

From my experience a lot of sheeple do want to remain ignorant.
If they understand what is going on they may have to do something about it. That takes them out of their comfort zone.
They would rather blindly follow.

I agree! I think it is our civic duty to let people know that the MSM is no longer a "free press". And that they can no longer depend on it for accurate reporting. Most peop....uh....sheeple just don't realize it.
