Now if you can find what was going on here that would be even better so that we could have an article to spread with it! I knew there was no way Paul was racist. I doubt that is Rosa Parks. Dr. Paul looks much younger in that pic. Looks like 40's which would put that about 70's ish. Rosa Parks was not in a wheel chair at that time as far as I can tell.
That actually looks like his time as a Doctor.

Plus look at those clothes that is probably early 70's as the cloths are bad but not yet horrible.
