not to diminish what you've done.. it's really great.. but..... you know.. the people who get on YouTube are saturated with this information. What we need is to be able to get this information out to the general public who hears from TV that McCain is good and he has a good plan and the Democrats are stupid for wanting to pull out of Iraq.

We need a series of 30 and 60 second commercials that when put together show what you've shown. The problem is.. to be effective they would need to be run in TX in a matter of days from now and they would need to run for a couple of weeks so people could see them repeatedly.

yea the audio really pissed me off bc in my video editing software its fine... when its transferred to youtube, thats when it gets messed up

Good video - the cost of lives is so often downplayed, or given as pure numbers. Showing the real human cost like you did is very strong.

Hearing the numbers of '23 troops killed last weekend' or reading that headline is nothing compared to actually seeing flag draped caskets. With the complete media ban of such images since the 90s, the administrations have done a good job of sanitizing any military losses.

I have to agree. While I do get the point, Ron Paul, himself said that he would go after the actual terrorists and bin Laden is one of the terrorists. Two wrongs don't make a right. I was all set to send this video to a bunch of people, but had to pare down my list because I knew that one segment would totally turn them off. Let me know if you decide to remove that part from the video and I will post it on my blog.

the only reason i put that in there was because i thought it was needed to provide another point of view that is rarely seen.

in essence, the part right before has the former head of the cia bin laden unit saying Paul's position is correct. Then having bin laden himself saying why he did it i thought just reinforced it a little bit. having the laden clip doesn't justify anything he did, it just shows that we can't ignore Paul's point of view because, in fact, it does have a basis in the things that happen. and in conclusion it provided a little segway into the final, climactic moment in the movie where paul begins his speech. My gf said the exact same thing you did but then when i explained my reasoning she understood and agreed with me. i thought it was only fitting to have the words straight from the horses mouth, know what i mean?
