TULSA, Okla., Feb. 1 A member of Mike Huckabee's Republican presidential team charged in Tulsa that supporters of rival Ron Paul sent out a fake release on a Huckabee rally.

The alleged false news release said a Friday rally location for the former Arkansas governor had been changed from the Tulsa airport to a coffee shop in Utica Square, an area elsewhere in Tulsa, the Tulsa World reported.

Scott Pruitt said the Paul supporters "changed the location of the event to confuse media and embarrass Gov. Huckabee. This type of behavior is unacceptable."

Paul supporters in Tulsa denied the accusation, the World said

Any rally we setup we go to, any rally others setup we go to, we want to be SEEN and not just setup b.s. everywhere that gets us zero coverage.

Wouldn't exactly be the first time Ron Paul supporters did something purposefully to try and mislead and confuse Mike Huckabee supporters...

That said, it doesn't sound like something and actual Ron Paul endorsed support group would do if that's what they're claiming, though I would not put such past a few random supporters.

Either way, why would the huckster need to make huge public statements to get the free press time due to someone posting something in a message board? Wouldn't the local huck fans ALSO have been at the WRONG location as well if they ALL looked at the same thing?

And if not why wouldn't they double check this so called "change of plans" with the local huck fan support admin?

If you want to take this as FACT go for it but at least ask a few questions before.....
