OMG the comments. We are so fucked. My one wish is that one of those cheering the punishment has a no knock warrant executed at their home and I get to see the look on their face as they are tazed while their dog is fucking slaughtered before their eyes. AND it's the wrong address.

According to the teacher that filed the report but not according to the record. In proper discipline you just don't go from zero to "You're not graduating kid."

Looks like a handsome kid to me- and intelligent. Teacher was probably jealous because he had hugged others.

Ive met students like this. There are people with true mental disabilities that have this type of behavior. I'll take this any day over an aggressive autistic person. Unfortunately, they do come off as creepy. And sometimes, those mental disabilities may be less severe than others in many cases.

Its not the people that have become Paranoid of everything, its the Govt.

The teacher alleged in a discipline report that McNair's cheeks and lips touched the back of her neck and cheek, according to WGCL.

I consider it normal, I find it strange to shake a woman's hand. But in the US, yeah it's probably grounds for a sexual harassment lawsuit.
