Group Primary Parties and Ron Paul T-Shirts

While at a meet up group I passed out the following home made fliers:

The price may be is a couple of hours in the cold, but the rewards will be that for the first time in history students can elect the president of the most powerful country in the world and a man that will stand up for you and the United States Constitution will become President. The challenge is on you and the network of votes you can create along with your determination to change the direction of this country back to the founders’ original intent. Have a ‘group primary party’ and bring all your friends to the primaries with you, wearing Ron Paul t-Shirts for those undecided voters.

Doctor Paul’s Goals:

• End the war on drugs and terror
• Protect our borders
• Stop “nation building”
• Reduce government (including IRS and Federal Reserve)

The students were very embracing of this flyer and its message. The challenge is on all these sudents to get out and vote. If they don't put their money where their mouth is, it will all be for nothing. Start working on your group primary party today. The numbers on primary day will be everything.

We must not forget about those who don't vote!

There should be an effort to reach those who don't pay attention to the status quo because it has been the same for so long. These people don't vote because they feel it is useless to do so. For so long the decision to vote for Clarabell or Bozo has been the problem, they figure why vote at all? They know voting will only get another clown in the White House. We need to let them know there is a REAL candidate this time who is not the usual status quo. Most of the elections I have seen show a decision you can make is to vote for someone who has been seeded into the political area by the powers that be.

We need to show the apathetic, there really is an unusual candidate this time around and they should get out and vote for him.

If we can get the 50% of the potential voters who don't care, to start to care, and take notice this time, we will have no problem getting Dr. Paul into the White House.

Yes, but it is easier to get people who are already voting to decide on Ron Paul than it is to get people to vote in the first place.

That sounds like a GREAT way to attracted unwanted TSA attention

Another thing I would add is KNOW YOUR AUDIENCE. I'm in a very Republican state and I sometimes have to remind our more liberal meetup people about that. You aren't going to win over a republican in Kansas by attacking Bush and zeroing in on the anti-war stuff.

Now if you are talking to a left leaning crowd, that stuff works fine.

Looks like the main idea this election is about who is the most likely candidate that will change the failed policy that Bush had. So democrats have very good chance, and Paul has a chance also.

The republican candidates who have similar slogans as Bush - have no chance to make it for president in the end it seems, democrats should have no diffculty proving that Bush-like slogans are dead-end slogans.

In marketing there is a strategy - to position against the leader - to attack the market leader and show in what elements you are better than the market leader.

So the real leader and most popular candidate is Hillary today. So Paul should spend great time about explaining why is he the better candidate than Clinton and attack Clintons weaknesses actively. ( like the Iraq was issue )

( like Clinton herself takes on Obama very aggressively lately )

one unique point for Paul seems to be the falling dollar and the collapse of the dollar - where Paul has a clear message - auditing the Fed issue - and others dont.

And also unique about Paul is the issue that other candidates ( may be not Kucinich ) seem to be ok with the fact that USA owns trillions to some private banking cartel..

Celebrating the results - event

As Lousiana caucus gave 2nd place to Ron Paul and big media did not report it saying these are preliminary results -

then Paul should organize a very big event-party-show for the celebration of the Louisiana caucus results - some party or smth - this would give the caucus results more publicity and stress that he really was 2nd in Lousiana - and that Louisiana results matter

Could you remind the single female RP campaign workers who seem to have taken this marketing strategy to heart as a means of dating that it's not ethical, and it doesn't do much for the remaining females considering voting for Dr. Paul in this campaign? I'd really appreciate the consideration of not having my husband solicited by a single RP worker who has used the campaign as another excuse to call, email and invite my husband to her home for private "discussions" (yes, just the two of them, and he comes home late at night).
