My utmost apologies and another example of how I hastily write a comment and fail to put a saracasm smiley and my comment was misunderstood for "gleeful antics". :o I did that once before and Conza ripped me a new one undeservedly. If that comment was made in person, there would have not been a misunderstanding.

By my comments I meant that the men ruled the roost in 1955 and by putting women in a position of subservience, they were allowed to cheat and beat with impunity. If you knew me personally (wish you did! you would know that I am far from a slimey sort, have never even been referred to as such, and have the utmost repsect for women personally and professionally, most of all my wife. I am well respected as a good friend by both men and women, and have often had women say they can relate to me and talk to me more as a friend than any other guy they met. Read the last four thousand emails from me and you will see that I have never disrepected women.

Any person who breaks a written or oral agreement of faithfulness to each other, male or female, is in the wrong.

For the record, I do apologize to you for my lack of making it aware what my true intentions where with those comments lost is mistranslation, and to any other members/lurkers who may have felt the same way.

I don't think the advice on there is completely horrible. No where on there does it say Women shouldn't be treated with respect and honor and dignity. Haven't you ever heard the phrase "what goes around comes around." If you treat your man with respect and honor, he will return the feeling. That's all there is to it.
