1 you guys are lying about what Massie said, he never said Trump was trying to do what you claim.
2 Massie is wrong about how COG would happen, if anything might have triggered COG it would have been Massie's Constitutionally correct action to disrupt the passage of the bill, that could have been cited as Congress being unable to perform its necessary functions due to the Covid crisis if Trump had wanted COG.
3 Trump was the only one who could invoke COG and he didn't.
