Will US Generals Refuse to Obey an Unconstitutional Order to Attack Iran Unprovoked? They Will Put Themselves in Legal Jeopardy

This issue came up once during Trump One administration. But now it's a hot war when it really counts. That general would be an instant tier 1 contender for president. What about all those retired generals who signed letters saying Trump is a dictator? Now they can say I told you so.

Relevant: When Obama was president and rumors were going around, I and a couple of others from my liberty group visited the National Guard. I asked a few of the Guard if they would obey and defend the Constitution, specifically the Bill of Rights, and their response was that they took a solemn oath and of course they would. I then asked, what if President Obama gave direct orders that violated the Constitution? Their response was that they would obey the violating orders because the President was the Commander in Chief.

So, there's that.
