Reducing the size, abuse and cost of the Federal government does not involve growing it.

He said he would require local law-enforcement agencies receiving Federal grants to implement an array of hard-line “proven policing measures” including “Stop-and-Frisk"

I don't think this is true. He may have not driven far enough into the cities of so cal. I live in so cal and I've seen Biden stickers. I've seen Trump stuff too and anti-trump stickers. It may not be all over the place, but it's still there here.
There was a Trump motorcade in Newport Beach yesterday. Biden is planning a fundraiser event in So Cal on June 15th.

Yeah, Palm Springs might as well be in Arizona. It is a gay Mecca, so you'd think they might have some Biden signs, but who knows. We have pretty much reached peak lesser of evils elections, and no one is enthused about Biden except paid pundits and sycophants hoping for some reward.
