My predictions for results at the end of these days:

Nov. 30 - $8.75 million total
Dec. 15 - $9.25 million total
Dec. 16 - $15.5 million total, $6.25 million one-day
Dec. 31 - $16.0 million total

So $6.25 million for the Tea Party, enough to beat all other one-day fundraising records. I rounded it up to $7 million for the purposes of this poll.

Donors not Money, that is the important thing.

To me, The Boston Tea Party is about getting more unique donors. Just get people to donate the smallest amount possible, it's the first step to get them to vote for Ron Paul. Instead of $10 million, it's about getting 10 million unique donors.

Any money spent on buying commercials on some media channels, will be matched with ten times the bad press called the "news". It's really important to work on voters, not buying time on "negative" media. Keep it positive.

There is not even a doubt it will be over 10 million....

Ron Paul was quite an obscure candidate before the 5th of November...he now has gotten national attention and several times the amount of people will donate on the 16th compared to the 5th. I have zero doubt it will be over 10 million, what I am trying to do is to temper my expectations as I could easily see it go over 20 million, or depending on how the media picks up on this we could truly see numbers that blow our minds, like 30 or 40 million. I am cautiously optimistic that we'll get 200k unique donors at least. I expect the counter on the teaparty site to be well over 100k by the 16th. Heck there are 60k+ meetup members alone.

My biggest concern is not the total amount or blowing away Kerry's record, I am concerned that the Ron Paul site won't be able to handle the traffic. I hope they are keeping track of the teaparty counter and are preparing for the massive traffic they will get on the 16th.

We already have 10,000 pledges. thats one million dollars. Its more than a month away still! My god! The pledges for this ... jesus thats one millino dollars in about 3 days if it were right now. hahah! and we thought 1 million in a week was a milestone..

this is amazing..

i voted 8 million. its enough to beat all of the legit and non legit (hillary) one day fundraising totals and I think thats about how much momentum we have. its gonna be one hell of a party... i wish i could be in boston!

It could top $20 million

just look at this graph
teaparty_vs_nov5_members.html

http://ronpaulgraphs.com/teaparty_vs_nov5_members.html
And we still have over a month to go.
Spread this graph to MSM. It will produce a news buzz early and increase the total results.

I'm expecting 1 million (so I don't wallow in sadness if we don't make much) but I'm hoping for 6.2 mil... so we beat the hillster.

Another thread posted that shows the biggest thing we have to overcome. Limited thinking. That poll should read 1 mil, 10mil,20mil,30mil.40mil,50mil,60mil,70mil,80mil,90mil+.

Copy and paste evry where, dirct link to teaparty07.com.......

A lot of people were sandbagging on Nov. 5th. There were many who were holding back. That means there are many who haven't reached their maximum donation limit for this year and they more then likely will max it out on Dec. 16th. Also, there are a ton more catching on to the Revolution now as it keeps growing. This translates into an enormous sum of money that will be raised on Dec. 16th. I believe it is truly difficult to determine what that amount will be this early on but I know it will make Nov. 5th old, old news. It will also, almost certainly, beat any other fundraising amount that has ever been raised in a day. I believe we are in for a surprise. Also, it is worth noting that Ron Paul meetup groups in France and all around the world are planning events for Ron Paul on Dec. 16th. It will be a very colorful day for news broadcasting.

I was thinking that a great video for Dec. 16th would tie in something like this:

"The best Christmas present you can give your kids this year is hope for their future."

I think it would certainly be appropriate.

I would've guessed around $11.2 million before this whole e-mail mess, but I'm gonna say around $7.5 million now. Ridiculous.

Looks like the grassroots managed some damage control. Most of the polls imply that we're still on track.

I'm at the point where I think RP needs to just fire his staff, between that ludicrous email, and those first monstrosities they called TV/radio ads.

lol, I dont think 7.5 mil in ONE day is ridiculous, that is still almost double from Nov 5th.

If the campaign email from yesterday has got your blood boiling, then why not use that energy to promote the teaparty even more rather than coming here to criticize.

The tea party is going to be historic no matter what, but we still have work to do.

Yes, cause you know best. They should hire you as campaign manager, cause you would prolly do so much better.

How dare they ask for money for advertising! No, they shall only have the few segments the MSM will devote to the record of dec16th.
