How much should a person working 16-20 hours a day on the Blimp make?

Wouldn't it be ethical for them to take down their donations until after they make it clear exactly what they're doing and how much money they want to make off the blimp project?

Yes it would.

If they are taking money, and all this confusion exists, it would be unethical for people to NOT be sounding the alarm.

Those who just want the naysayers to shut up need to get Trevor to man up.

No. People could see it was not set in stone when they pledged.

There was no promise the blimp would not explode.

There is no promise it will not explode.

For-Profit startup bootstrapping

My god, they are drawing a paycheck... how dare they.

I am sure he will.

But it is 3 Am. He is not going to do it right now.

Nothing was promised. Nowhere was it promised Lyman and Elijah would work for free. Prove it was, or save your false accusations.

You need to quit accusing me of making "false accusations," unless you can prove I made "false accusations." otherwise, you are the "false accusation" maker.

I never said they promised anything. I am saying they lured people in.

Dont play games.

You were trying to inference it was fraud.

Read the damn wiki.

Nowhere does the word "promise" appear.

Look, you are the one intent on arguing semantics. If you are going to play lexicographer, you need to man up.

It doesn't need to. And I did read the wiki, and I already know what bait and switch is, since I worked for a company that every now and then had irate customers threaten to sue us for bait and switch, or false advertising.

They are trying to make money off of Ron Paul supporters...they saw the potential, and now they are seizing the opportunity.

Then why I am required to locate the "promise" in all of their posts? That is a double standard.

You aren't... you need to find where people were given a price at all for anything.

They are trying to make money off of Ron Paul supporters...they saw the potential, and now they are seizing the opportunity.

They are trying to make this blimp a full time job.

they've given the price quote for the blimp.
and given a goal for the pledges. which was the same.

They are trying to make this blimp a full time job.

and if I may ask, what are you trying to do?
you've been all over this thread for hours, defending everything they've done with sometimes more than questionable arguments.
and even defending what they've not yet done but you're sure they'll do.

I'm glad he has.:)

So sue them, hotshot. go for it. Sink the blimp. We will all love you for it. Get your fucking lawyer and try... but until you get a lawyer, keep your slander to yourself.

I am a NAU plant sent by the Hillary campaign to make sure everybody gets taken in by scam artists supreme Trevor and Elijah, so we can usher in a new neocon era of glorious conquest of the middle east using the money we scammed from unwitting Ron Paul supporters.

Or maybe I am just sick of constantly having to rebut naysayers that never can do anything but bitch and whine.... especially when they aren't even involved.

If you are sick of it then you could always just put them on ignore. I really don't think we are going to get any real information to further these debates until the e-mail is released.

No, because they go around trying to spread lies. Lies like Trevor and elijah are goign to make more money than they used ot, or that the blimp is going to cost $1 million a month now... outright falsehoods spread by little maggots that dont know anything except how to degrade everything they see.

Did I miss the part where the guy who bought the big ad in USAToday had to hire four lawyers and a publicist and a bunch of full-time employees?

Why didn't he need four lawyers on staff?

bs.
I've not even "donated" anything.
I tried to inform myself and inform others. and I'm thankful others have started these threads so I was informed enough not to donate a timeshare of some people's salary.
therefore I'm not keeping my valueable comments ;-) to myself

those naysayers have been around before.
a lot of other people were supportive, had pledged and changed their mind because of new information. including myself.

I don't think that two of them are actually on staff since they are listed as outside counsel. And one of the other guys is a paralegal.
