I'm going to donate $500 but I'm tempted to donate it earlier because I only get to see Ron Paul on the 9th if I donated $500 or above, to go to a private dinner.

looks like the 16th will have a wide distribution of amounts. The average looks a bit higher than $100 bucks.

I urge people who plan to donate to donate as much as you possibly can. Donate more than the $100. :)

at least $100. first donation ever (other than pan-handlers when i was in college).

i am also heading to the arlington heights, il campaign office to see what else i can do.

really getting into this...

welcome to the forum!

good idea about going to the campaign office!

I will donate $25 or more, I did $100 on the 5th, but it about broke the bank. I would do more, But I only have $200 for our three kids for X-mas. The wife and I are not exchanging gifts (our presents are Ron Paul). It's too bad this campaign didn't come AFTER we finished school, it still feels good to be a part of it.

I'm going to assume that 90% of the people who donated on Nov 5th will do so again. So that is about 35k donars. These each sent in on average $105 bucks.

If we get the orginal 35k donars each to add one person. That give us 70k donars.

Further if each of the orginal doners gives on average $200 bucks and the new donars give $100 bucks, that averages out to $150 donations.

70k * $140 per doner equals approx $10M

Which of my assumptions are the most inaccurate?

That each of the original donors will only add one new person. More likely they will add several. Second most wont double their previous donation.

If we could bump the average donation up to $150 we serve much better chance of reach the fantastical goal every one talks about.

$150 per person is the magic number. If we hit that, we'll make $10M no problem.

This is assuming we'll have 70k donars or 2X the 35k in pledges we'll have.

$100, but probably $200.

My wife will flip out. But the day after when they show the thermometer needle exploded and Lady Liberty is all lit up - OH YEAH!!

And my Mom is planning on doing $100 too.

:)

Each one CAN reach one.

Let's do it!!!
