How much do you actually know about the USA Federal Gov?

The page down button will save your mouse?

The CIA, of course.

Somebody owes me a new mouse. I wore out two mice just scrolling through all this crap.

Winner:

Anyway this is by no means a complete or exhaustive list, nor is it necessarily shown in alphabetical order. The various branches of the military have numerous subdivisions, which would take weeks to categorize, and there are probably many agencies — especially in the Department of Defense — which are not openly discussed on the internet. One Defense Department web site has 25 pages of links to various departments. Intelligence agencies are beyond public scrutiny (and thus can never be completely listed here) as are certain other agencies like FEMA. That's why the CIA occupies only a single line on this page.

Using this list as a jump off point, I've gotta wonder how many gallons of taxpayer gasoline these jokers burn up?

(Relevant to a thread yesterday)

Seeing a list this large makes me think the whole thing really does need to collapse;
Hope for America is about what happens afterwards.
// Anyone want to see the list for CA or NY state Gov? :p

If we don't have a major collapse, how many years would it take to fire (most) all those Fed workers, and shut down 1000's of offices?

At the very top, it listed only Executive Branch, so is what is left off the entire Legislative and Judicial Branches, implying that this list is only 1/3 of government? Or I may have scrolled too fast to see the heading for the other two branches.

oh.. they're there -- all three branches, along with the cabinet.. do some finger exercises then scroll again. Might need a back up mouse for after
