For the time, it cannot be better spent. You could spend 30 hours reading the book but he covers quite a lot of it here. He definitely shed a lot of light on the process and procedures behind targeting and assassinating American citizens as well as the assassination program in general. It's informatively dense but presented in a way that you retain most of what he says. I highly recommend it if you didn't watch because of the length or what not. Hell, Pete even gave me a rep for it. (That's probably the first one he has ever given me.)

Made in the USA. Three kids played with one of these [unexploded] cluster bomb bomblets a few weeks after the Al Majalah missile strike. No anti-personnel, they were vaporized.
