When women try to get involved in this campaign, why do some guys have to tear them down before they even get started?

We have threads on a regular basis asking why there isn't much support from women and this person's attitude is part of the problem.


They all look gorgeous to me and am very glad they had the courage and confidence to pose in a calendar. That's something I am not sure I could do!

You guys wouldn't make those types of rude comments in person, so why are you making them on the internet where it reflects badly on us and the lady supporters who put themselves out there like that? I recommend you edit your posts and apologize. Unless you are planning on doing a shirtless "studs for Ron Paul calendar" yourself, then please STFU.

First, I don't know what your mental problem/block is. If you put yourself in a calendar using sex appeal, you're subject to criticism on the validity of your claims to sex appeal. Most women who join the campaign are not coming here to join sex-appeal marketing efforts, so your analysis of the situation is bunk.

Believe me, if a nun supports Ron Paul, my first instinct will not be to rate her on a scale of 1 to 10. I'd rate her on piousness.
