Homeland Security at DWI Checkpoints

All of NH is a "constitution free zone" - meaning you could be detained at a FEDERAL DHS checkpoint at any time.

LOL! That is so laughable, it is more than a joke. You cannot be serious! Like what! That is more than meaningless. According to US law, anyone can be held for forever for any reason, or no reason at all. That is the law.

Yes, one is run by state government officials, the other is federal. Although it's a safe bet that the feds supply money to the state groups.

Elected Homeland security?

Or appointed?
I looked at The Louisiana site.. as it was referenced. It is all Fed Gov,,,with a state tag on it.
A division of the Federal Government.

To believe otherwise is delusional.. To claim otherwise is dishonest.

Set up by the state legislature, appointed by the Governor... at least in TN.

There was no such thing as "Homeland Security" Until the Federal Government created it.
And that was just a few years back.(2001)

Before that it did not exist on any level. State departments were created by and in cooperation with FEDGOV.

Prior to that creation,, It did not exist in Tennessee or anywhere else.

And there is no justification for it's existence (Justification for it's creation was based on lies).

And WHY are you attempting to lend credibility to a state branch of a Federal arm of Enforcement Control??

Yes, this is all correct.

I am not lending credibility to anything, I am merely pointing out the difference between a state department and a federal department.

Good catch.

But it still wasn't created by the Feds.

And I am pointing out that there is no fucking difference.
Can you not cuss gratuitously and arbitrarily when you post? Your point gets lost by your tone and makes you look like you're not credible, serious, or mature.

But anyway, to the matter at hand...

There is a difference, one is run and managed by the state government the other is the federal purview. Yes they share a lot of information, resources, money, etc, but that doesn't mean there is zero difference between them.

Credibility can be questioned,, regardless of tone..
I either speak the truth or I don't.

As far as maturity,, I am 56 years old,,own my own home and I speak in common language..
And I am quite serious..

You think my language is rough,, you should meet my 67 yr old wife.. She cusses more than I.

It was created by the Feds,, (or the hand behind them) It was proposed by George fucking Bush and widely adopted by sycophants following that.

And it is far more obscene than my language is capable of articulating. on any level.

People think of less of you when you cuss for no reason. If you're going to do it, you should have a reason.

If you're going to do it, you should have a reason.

I have lots of very good reasons.

I am not even running for office,,but if I did I would still use the same language,, It is the common language of common people.
