Holster comparison (especially for the ladies)

I thought the title was "Hitler Comparison" and wondered what the heck why that would be for the ladies.

Overworked....

Perhaps you are due for a vacation?

I lately read that Einstein's formula for Success = S = X + Y + Z.

X = work
Y = play
Z = knowing when to keep one's mouth shut

I'm not a fan of Brigade Gunleather. Mitch Rosin is good. Brigade copies others' designs and they use 9 oz leather for an inside the waistband holster. My holsters are 6-7 oz for my Glock 23 and 4-5 oz for my Ruger LCP. Both carry great. Just my $0.02

man I need a better holster for my XD service. I want one that I can attach to my vest.

I know you been trying to troll me since the resist thread.

Keep trying.

I trust this does not hint at the totality of your powers of observation.

Nope.

With time, I have reconsidered my estimation of you. I was correct, I think, in pegging you as the Baddest Ass of the Board, but I think I do NOT have to go through you to get to whoever WILL assist.

Good thing, too. You may be an officer but you, sir, are no gentleman. I'm not dogging Liberty just so everyone is more free to be a bigger asshole . . . it harkens back to more than survival and subsistence being required to render life, Life.

Geeze, if you have a Ruger LCP, you have bigger problems than a holster. LOL.

We have no custom holster, but a Bianchi number 7, called a shadow II, which is a thumb break, but we don't always conceal carry, and need something someone can't just yank a gunm out of, and it's not inside the waistband. The holster has to be exceptionally comfy in the waistband, or it WILL be really irritating.

The bianchi isn't expensive, is comfy, isn't custom made and puts you on a waiting list, and is well made without the wait time.

Now, kydex holsters, that's an entirely different market.

As neither hubby or I are large, I was looking for the clothing options, but didn't see much about that.

People with a large stature have alot of options as they don't look like loons with larger clothing on..but hubby and I both wearing a 31x31 in jeans, and a medium top don't have many options without looking like we are obviously hiding something. It would be nice to see what other women around my size can wear while carrying.

(edited to say, in the winter it is easier, but here in other moths, you try staying cool enough to conceal. LOL)

I notice that with the factory holster it is very difficult to draw efficiently, I usually need to use both hands to free the gun. Quite a tight hold, even when you loosen up the tightening screw. Do you have this same problem?

I'm in the market for a well-recommended holster for my XD subcompact. A concealed carry holster would be good, too. The factory holster is ok if you're at the range, but that's about it.
