Hmmmm Twitter says Ron Paul 2nd...

A little off-topic. I don't have twitter, figure to get it ... but would you suggest using an alias or real name etc..

I use my real name, having both could be good, too. There are somethings I wouldn't post with my name but might with a sockpuppet. No time for that though.

Smile and Dial :)

What I want to know is who are these crazy people voting for Gingrich? The guy is such a washed up has been unethical sleaze ball that I am surprised he is above 1% in the polls.

Many would vote for Satan himself if they thought he could out-debate Obama. Nothing else matters.

As to the original question of whether anything can be inferred from Ron 2nd via twitter. I think that - generally - young folks tweet and old folks vote.

Third and 20% + would be a HUGE WIN. Remember there has been No Official Campaign Presence in South Carolina, it has all been RP Grassroots and Ron did not even Campaign in five out of the last eleven days......

I was just saying the same exact thing to my brother on the phone. 3rd and above 20% would be very very solid in SC.

I'd rather he got a 5th place finish.

Lol. Finishing behind Cain would be epic.

They are people that have NO respect for themselves nor this country.

That article cannot be serious. Tweets have nothing to do with votes. I would looooove for Ron to get 2nd place with 29% but it's not gonna happen.

It should be noted that their NH and IA results were fairly accurate... (aside from Santorum in IA)

In New Hampshire they had Romney at 39% and Ron at 19%... we outperformed them, and they pegged Romney.

So there could be some validity to this. I was skeptical until I saw their previous polls.

That is why I thought it was interesting

just curious, what diff would it make if RP got 2nd, 3rd or 4th? is it just for pride and stature? because I thought the SC delegates was winner takes all... just wondering, thx...

It's only winner take all if the winner wins every voting precinct.
