It's usually called an episode until there's something more specific to say. Medical claims are also sometimes billed by the episode. It's not an uncommon term, and it's definitely not new-speak since it was only polite to call something a spell or an episode when a woman fainted or had some other unidentified issue in public even centuries ago.

Don't think Bin Laden. In this instance, it would be more accurate to look back to Ronald Reagan. After his presidency, people came clean and admitted he'd been mentally deficient for years and years, yet he was able to clear up long enough to make speeches and look earnestly at the camera. She will likely be able to do the same; she seems to do okay under highly controlled conditions.

I have no idea how that area looks now, but I'd imagine it's mud of some sort. I know a band of pretty strong storms went through areas of New York yesterday (which is why the overheating claims are BS; it was a cold front that dropped temperatures about 7-10 degrees from yesterday), so there might have been dirt/mud, leaves, and general nastiness on that sidewalk.

That's what it was that bothered me, she was unconscious right there. They shoved her into the truck, she might even be dead and replaced with some sort of a double. If she has no more health issues from now on I will be really skeptical.

Sounds like the plot from Moon Over Parador (sp). What I find interesting is that, even when she's wobbling, no one around her is shocked. They react to keep her from falling over, but no one exclaims or looks like it's a sudden, unexpected thing. The guy that everyone keeps calling her "handler" doesn't even make a move until it's time to put her into the van.
