Do we really have to go through this again? IQ tests are NOT facts- they have definite issues. Blacks are not prone to more crime- they are prone to more poverty since the Civil Rights Act and poverty breeds crime.

Actually, you just agreed with him. But you're leaning towards the "it's not their fault!" camp. In my view, we all have barriers. How you overcome obstacles has more to do with how your life than the barriers within it.
