I'm confused. What exactly did Jesse see or put together that set him off? Was the ricin cig in his box of smokes?

Or did he just think that, and really nobody was trying to kill him? or....?

He realized that the giant black guy stole his doobage that he tried to light up in Goodman's office as he was standing by the side of the road. The pieces started to fall into place that the big black man also lifted the ricin cigarette and that Goodman was in on it. Pretty easy to know if you've been following things that Walt was the only other person to know that the ricin cigarette was there and had to tell Goodman and set the whole thing up to get Jesse to go along with killing Gus and the rest of the plan.

I went back and looked at the house in the opening. It looks like it might have been tourched.

Maybe the fire department responds quickly enough to prevent the house from burning down, but internal damage is enough that the house gets condemned.

I believe Walt poisoned Brock with a substance that mimics the effects of ricin but is not deadly that came from some flowers or something in his backyard..

This made Jesse believe that Brock was poisoned with the ricin, he had to have the cigs lifted off of him because he had to know the ricin was taken from him, they just lied to him about who took it.

Brock was the little kid of the girl Jesse took a liking to, they essentially poisoned a little kid to manipulate Jesse to kill Gus, even though Jesse doesn't know that he wasn't poisoned with something deadly even if he knew that it wouldn't change a whole lot because they still put him through a lot of emotional BS just to do something Walt could have probably done himself if he really wanted to.. although Jesse may have been in a better position to do it.

Jesse knew he had ricin in the cigarette and that Gus had access to stealing it and I think Walt helped him make the false connection.

The only soap opera I can stand to watch nowadays are Mexican telenovelas. The plots are so absurd that some are actually funny to watch, and the women are unbelievably gorgeous. And its funny that no one on telenovelas has a skin tone that is representative of what 90% of this country actually looks like.

I wish so hard that the Spanish TV stations here would subtitle those.....

Was Walt getting shot up in the SUV that was being used as a protective barrier at the end of the last episode or was he just spazzing out a little from all the gun blasts?

They are all pretty bad shots huh?

It was one of my favorite episodes in a while until the last minute. Hopefully none of them come out alive or the storytelling takes a big credibility hit. Otoh we already know walt lives, which I think was a poor choice to tell us.

The show seems so afraid to kill anyone. I wish they just did it red wedding style...dragging on way too long.
