You want the RPM act to pass. The modifications have technically been illegal since the passage of the clean air act. Until the senile pedophile's administration, the EPA just ignored off road use modifications. SEMA was always able to lobby for exemptions in enforcement. Now, since the Biden administration wants every single small business to fail, they will leave no stone unturned. They will find every way to destroy your way of life.
