I am a UK citizen and I would like to come over the US and campaign for Ron Paul in the Primaries and Caucuses.

Can somebody put me in the direction of somebody who could help me?

Big Thank you

Well this is new and interesting...

You can try contacting the Ron Paul campaign by calling them through their contact page on ronpaul2012.com

There's a number of ways you can help, especially at the grassroots level. You can try donating to a Ron Paul superPAC too.

I'm a ron paul supporter and I will be in the UK this semester for study abroad. You might just want to consider creating an international Ron Paul support group and see what we can do to show international support for RP. If you want to come to the US, contact the campaign staff.

I went through the official campaign route and I do not think they took it onboard. They just asked me to call people, which I would if it was not an international call, and to set up or join an international Ron Paul supporters groups (which I would like to do). Perhaps their response was automate?

Anyway perhaps it might be better to go for a more direct route. Perhaps an organiser at State level?

I think you have a better chance contacting one of the leaders of the Ron Paul superPACs. Also you can try using something like skype to call people internationally.

These seem to be thin on the ground. Anyway, aren't the locals going to tell you "This ain't your battle pal." Ron Paul is very significant to many people around the world. Not sure the Americans realize how much so.

We need everyone on the globe to get behind Ron Paul before Santorum or Romney try to start taking chunks out of said globe... Thank you for volunteering! :)

A few of us do, most don't. Years of propaganda from the mainstream media has deeply destroyed the psyche of the baby boomer generation (the largest voting block) who started this mess in the first place with their disgusting neocon/modern liberal distortions and chickenhawk ways.

If Paul doesn't win, 2012 could really be the end of the world because I don't want to invade Iran start WWIII and get every young man drafted into another unwinnable war.

The only real hope we have is that the youth generation will eventually inherit the country and join politics to change America back to the way the founders envisioned it.

You could also try one of the "Meetup" groups. That way you could meet other supporters wherever you want to go in the US. There are a lot of local things you could get involved with I would imagine.

Have you tried donating by proxy? There are plenty of trustworthy people on this forum.

It's illegal to give someone money with the sole intent of having it donated to a political campaign. That's not to say you can't give a forum member a nice birthday present which happens to get donated to the campaign later ;)

Stay within the law, that's my advice.

We´re not alone in this forum. A lot of hostile people are reading this. ;-)
I have 14 relatives in the US. I´ve converted most of them to Ron Paul. I´ve also encouraged them to donate.

EDIT: eduardo was a little bit faster.

Well I think the monetary problems of the world today are global and only Ron Paul is taking them on. Raising the topic of monetary policy is so important. In addition Ron Paul's foriegn policy should make for a safer world and a safer Britain.
