Nope no support for Nvidia.. ah well how did you say to take advantage of both cores, with just one client? or did I need 2?
Ha, I'm going to have to change the title of this thread.

Taking advantage of both cores is a bit tricky. I've just been reading up on it some. It appears the software wasn't originally designed for this, so getting it to work has been a bit more challenging than it should have been. They do have instructions on how to install a version to take advantage of multiple processors here:

While it shouldn't be that difficult it's not nearly as easy as a regular install. You would need to download the "Windows 2000/XP/Vista SMP client console version 5.91 beta" as well as have .NET 2.0 or higher installed. If you feel pretty comfortable you could give it a stab, if not you could always just install the regular client that'd only use one core and still help the team/project out a lot.
