What HAS Ron Paul Flip-flopped on?

Here is a quote from someone I know....

"He's flipped on Don't Ask Don't Tell, taxing of the rich, the death penalty, and evolution."

If anyone can show me some material that validates this statement, please share it. If you have proof that invalidates this statement, please share it.

Didn't flip on DADT.
Didn't flip on taxing the rich. (Although he does suggest that we should tax everyone who has taken money fraudulently from the government's actions)
He did change his mind on the death penalty because of how racist it's implementation has been applied.
I haven't seen a flip on evolution - but it's a deep subject with nuances that most people don't get.

But remember, "consistency is the hobgoblin of simple minds". It's expediency that is the issue with politicians - not consistency. Paul is never expedient.

Like CaptUSA said, the only thing he flipped on was the death penalty after he researched it further.

He made an unpopular decision and changed his mind on DADT after he learned more about it, but I hate defining it as a flip flop as he didn't do it to gain votes, and it is seriously hurting him in Iowa.

He supports taxing the rich that took government bailouts and screwed over the American people though the federal reserve.

The death penalty is the same as DADT, he learned more about it, and changed his mind - a very unpopular move for Republicans

Evolution is pretty difficult to accuse him of flip flopping, as it's so complicated, but whatever.

I don't like defining any change of stances as a "flip-flop"

Flip-flopping I've always equated as pandering, changing your views to get more votes, ie Romney

The death penalty and evolution are in liberty defined.

On evolution he has said he doesn't believe in it in the sense that we came to existence through evolution. He believes in God and thinks that evolution and religion can co-exist.
