Has anyone got their Delegate packet for the state convention, yet?

I want to be sure my precinct chairman isn't trying to rip me off.

I called the Texas GOP today, and the person on the phone told me the packets were mailed on Monday. I will probably call again on Monday if I do not receive mine by then.

Mine was in my mailbox on Friday! I had already paid my registration online though.

I received a registration thing...like 4 pages, but no "packet" yet

Packet says we can register at the convention...

Any thoughts on when to register?

I went ahead and registered online, while I knew I had the money! I only paid the $35 reg. fee and for the $10 grassroots training session - just to see what they offered.

Was wondering what the grassroots training is there for... Thinking that this is an easy way to determine who the new republicans are (RP People...)...

Also, at an overlapping time is the SREC meeting. Any idea what this is?

There are also committee meetings taking place starting on Monday, how do we get people on these?
