Rand was on Hannity's show talking about Ron and the straw poll. Hopefully there will be a video soon.

Hannity said Rand and Ron disagree on some issues. What issues?

Constitutional amendments banning any form of marriage that isn't man/woman and abortion, Guantanamo Bay and rights afforded to persons captured by the US, and intervening in the internal affairs of another nation.

Rand doesn't support a Constitutional amendment banning gay marriage. He thinks it should be a state issue. Also, I think Ron even supports a Constitutional amendment banning abortion.

Ron has said no federal involvement should occur with abortion, and Rand said on O'Reilly's show that he supports an amendment banning gay marriage.

Yeah, we hate Rand Paul because of his differences with Ron. I guess it's ok for republicans to elect him president, then.

You're wrong on both of those. Rand said on O'Reilly's show that he supports a Constitutional amendment banning abortion. They didn't discuss gay marriage. Ron voted in favor of the ban on partial birth abortion, and during this campaign he signed a pledge saying he would sign a "fetal pain bill" that would ban all abortions after the first five months. So he obviously doesn't think that there should be no federal involvement in abortion.

I was wrong on the O'Reilly portion of my post, but not the basis:

Well Ron did said Rand wouldn't pay his rent in silver while they were sharing a place in DC last year and that's why Rand had to find his own place...

What exactly is Ron Paul's opinion of Guantanamo? Does he want to close it?
