I suppose the good news is that with that rage problem and the extra hundred pounds she is carrying, she probably isn't going to be around for long.
I just bought a VW Golf TDI. Great mileage, no expensive batteries to replace, and it doesn't need to be connected to the electric grid. I suspect it would need serious work to have it running on vegetable oil, but it is at least a possibility.

Best converstion for that vehicle is made by Frybrid. www.frybrid.com. costs about $3000 last I checked, but it's a small operation with a lot of orders, so if you're interested, place now for delivery. Be sure you have a source of oil before you order or your bid is wasted.
