Greta wanting comments on tonight's interviews

Here is a comment that I liked a LOT:

by George Leroy Tirebiter Collapse
I am sick and tired of the idea that the USA needs to be the UNPAID policeman of the world. I don't know why we citizens accept this so blindly, especially after all the not-so-distant hard examples from Korea and Vietnam down to Iraq and Afghanistan. After 10 years of a bogged-down unwinnable undeclared war (or is it a "kinetic military operation'--gag) in Afghanistan, the graveyard of empires, now the war drums begin beating for war in Iran. Have they put something in the water to make us stupid?? Why do our global economic competitors like Germany, Japan and South Korea get a free ride? We subsidize their defense and pay the price twice, first from the direct costs (in both treasure and blood) and then for icing on the cake we enable them to sell their goods to us for less, because they don't bear any of the expense. Then we borrow from the quasi-communist regime in China to pay for it. Am I missing sopmething?

Top... you all know what to do

(n.b. the key is to not sound like a NOBP supporter... the most persuasive comments are those that are not 100% PRO-PAUL because most of FOX's/Greta's audience is not 100% pro-paul. Ron's fantastic answers + effective follow-up in the comments by us will definitely win over a lot of Greta's audience.)

A few good examples already posted by others on greta's site:
I thought Greta was fair but tough. I appreciated that she allowed Ron Paul time to answer and explain his position. These are serious questions with massive implications and should not be expected to be answered in 30 second sound bytes. I have been on the fence about Ron Pauls foreign policy but I am coming to understand. Clearly he is the best President for Israeli sovreignty. Why are we expecting Israeli servitude?? Stop paying Israel to be a subservient nation to the USA and allow them to make their own laws and fight their own wars should they so choose. Ron Paul is right.

This was a great interview, thanks Greta for pressing him on the issues. I was waiting for him to come to a conclusion, and I feel enlightened now that I have his full views on foreign policy. Use diplomacy, bring the troops home, spend the money at home, and take current issues in perspective with historical conflicts (CUBAN missile crisis). We are America and we have to take financial advantage of our secure location on the globe.

Greta, Thank you for having Ron Paul on tonight. I have a better understanding of his foreign policy. And, as for Egypt, he is exactly correct. After the assassination of Anwar Sadat, Mubarak took control and never allowed voting. The people of his country revolted. We supported the revolt, against the person we supported for 40 years! And, then we have Americans in Egypt with offices promoting democracy!

Would the USA have allowed people to enter our country after WWII and promote fascism? I think not!

I feel badly for those 19 Americans. I think we need to send in a rescue team and bring them home immediately.

As for Israel. Yes, we should cut the purse strings and allow them to defend themselves as they see fit. As an Sovereign Nation, they should not have to ask their allies for permission.

Good interview with Ron Paul. I thought he clarified his "non-interventionist" stance nicely when he said that he would be willing to go to war WITH the approval of congress. His foreign policy sounded less extreme than he has in debates and hopefully people realize that his foreign policy is not extreme isolationism.

That one is yours truly! ;)

Did anybody see this over there?

HD version FTW:

Got to give Greta HUGE PROPS for keeping Doc on topic at the very beginning of the interview. He almost went into "ignore question - give a history lesson" mode at the very beginning, but she quickly butted in and steered him back on course.

DONE. thanks LE. Much thanks to Greta, hope she has Ron on all the time (as she does with Trump) !!

Not only is the "Great Conservative" Hannity, hanging out with women of the night but "extermeist" Paul supporters at the same time.

gave it a whack. :)

I really like your comment about the "conservative" ratings agencies. I wish more people understood how manipulated these kinds of ratings can be. The rest of your comments were good too but that one was my favorite.

In the end when he talked about the troops, he has never nailed it better. Thank you "DOC"

"They're on the front line, they're dying, and they don't even know what they're dying for."

Powerful stuff from the Doc!

Thanks!

It's so true...Conservative rating agencies don't rate according to principle, but according to what benefits their donors the most. Civitas NC gets money from prosecutors, therefore granting an evidentiary exception to the Constitution becomes "conservative."
