If you look back at most of the suggestions, the good, cheap ones, did not stay cheap long - my suggestion has doubled in price since the post I made years ago.

Yep, I would like to know as well.

I'm still looking at the Yugo M57 (~$250.00 for A grade), ammo still pretty cheap (compared) and lots of stopping power. I already have 7.62x39 and .22 TCM/9mm, and 22mag bolt but would like a 7.62x25 also (some ammo already collected).
