Glenn Beck warns huckabee to stay out of race

beck support would hurt in the general election possibly but definitely not in the primaries.

I'd be willing to bet $100 that Beck will not endorse Romney - not in the primary.

That's pretty well established. Beck doesn't see eye to eye with Romney.

It doesn't matter what he's been saying lately, because at the end of the day, Beck will steer his sheep back into the neocon fold. As previously mentioned on this board...."The devil will tell you a thousand truths to get you to believe one lie".

It is great if some people are turning on to RP as a result of Beck's newly found love for "liberty". Don't think for one second that is his intent. Romney, Palin, Bachmann, or a neocon-to-be-named-later is his plan.

It is really too bad that the link has been removed to the 2008 interview with Beck and his fluffer, Pat Gray, where Beck let it loose what he really thought of RP and RP's supporters. Take my word for it, Beck hates you, liberty, and RP. Hate like that doesn't go away.

I'm well aware of his ignorant remarks about RP and our movement. I'm also aware that he gave RP a solid hour on his show after his stupid proclamation that we were terrorists. He's been slowly evolving his views ever since. I don't trust him completely, but I don't trust anyone completely. He is a useful tool and he's been a gateway drug for many in the Tea Party movement. Like it or not, them's the facts.

A personality cult host must "evolve" in the wake of plummeting viewership and fleeing advertisers. Like it or not, that is the fact.

Not entirely accurate. He has evolved since he interviewed RP for an hour on CNN. He subsequently left and went to Fox. His viewership only recently plummeted. And his advertisers fled under pressure from groups organized by George Soros, his arch enemy. I contend that his 20 + million viewers are more knowledgable about what RP has been saying than they ever were before.

Huckabee should run; the neo-con vote has to be split into as many pieces as possible. Huck votes would only go elsewhere, probably to Bachmann

He is a poser. After RP schooled him during a debate, he started spouting "...the Constitution....the Constitution...." That could work against us.

That's what we all thought until the recent polls that said 33% of Huck's voters pick Ron Paul as #2....

We don't want him to run anymore.
 
Beck has enough power left with many republican americans that if he were to back Ron Paul, then I think he could benefit greatly.
 
As we become more and more successful in changing the national mood we should expect some influential people to be converted as well. When that happens we need to welcome them with open arms even if they were once enemies. People like Beck, Coulter, etc have more to lose than regular citizens and their 'conversion' may be more slow and less direct. I am thankful for the judge who seems to have more patience with Beck than I ever would. Obviously Beck still has a ways to go (Alan West??) Bit we need to nave patience with him. Obviously if he does have some nefarious anti-liberty motive then heMAY
