I just stumbled across this article on the Guardian and was blown away. This is major. I mean, I'm not surprised so much at his attitude as I am at the openness of it.
But even more than that, I can't believe no one here in the US even thought this was worthy of mention in a news story. I can't find a single other source covering it besides the Guardian!
Is the story accurate? If so, why is no one reporting it?

EDIT: To be clear, I would not be at all surprised to hear that Romney, Gingrich or Santorum had actually done such a thing as president. What amazes me is the brazenness of the boasting and the fact that no one cares or even finds it newsworthy.
