You can find the neatest stuff on Amazon. I just bought a watch that is a cell phone the other day., I think it does some other stuff too. Ought to be a hoot.

Those both look very cheaply made. Not impressed.

There is a DC Drone User Group that does periodic F2F and virtual builds. They also have Group Buys for kits. The one below is closed, but they plan to open up another one soon. Next build will be in early Dec. By virtual build, that means over the internet. Build it at home type thing, but with real time interaction.
