New 'Woke Alert' service offers text warnings to conservative consumers to help boycotts
WASHINGTON (TND) — A brand-new service says that it seeks to help warn conservative-leaning consumers to avoid companies and products that are too "woke" by use of a text alert system.
"Woke Alert" claims it will notify grocery shoppers and online buyers alike when a brand is taking up a political stance that conflicts with traditional Republican values. This will better enable shoppers to boycott those brands.
News of the service comes as many conservative critics are calling for bans of certain "woke" products, such as Anheuser-Busch's "Bud Light" beer that recently partnered with a transgender activist for a promotion.
Many corporations are putting progressive activists and their dangerous agendas ahead of customers," Woke Alert says on its website. "They’ll only succeed if we look the other way."
