Nobody (mainstream, not Kennedy) can run against Biden/Harris without being a racist.
If Biden backs out, ONLY Black Women can run against Harris.

Most likely he's downplaying things. Anyone with half a brain knows the Democrats want Newsom as his successor rather than Harris.
