Gary Johnson: Fox Business to Host Libertarian Party Presidential Debate

I look forward to watching this. I wonder who else will be acting as moderators? Other people from Fox Business channel? Journalists? Ron Paul, maybe? :)

I feel like every time I'm about to watch something on Stossel, it never comes on.

I won't hold my breath.

Hopefully it's going to be an hour-long format, otherwise that's not much time.

Then again, it's kind of amazing that a third-party debate is airing on a major cable news channel (I know, it's FBN, not FOX News, but still).

LP moneybomb?

Very tired of GJ's candidacy. He never gets anywhere.

He didn't win Gov of New Mexico as a libertarian.

Sounds more like Stossel is having a couple of guests on his show that are running for the Libertarian nomination.

I was really annoyed by the LP and the LP party members/supporters during the Rand Paul presidential campaign (and I'm an LP member). Many acted like Gary was some kind of libertarian messiah and that they wouldn't vote Rand because he is a Republican. It amazes me that the fact that Gary was a Republican governor of New Mexico and, initially, ran in the 2012 GOP primary is lost on them. It also amazes me that people would actually have voted for Gary over Rand, if Rand became the nominee. Gary only ran to the LP when it became obvious he had no shot (and wasn't being included in the next debate) at the GOP nomination. That said, if I vote, it will probably be for the LP nominee.

Gary needs to run as the Indy candidate to get anywhere. And that is true for any third party candidate like a Gary Johnson.

Regardless, I am supporting him as of now.

Blind party loyalty. Its not just GOP and Dems, its everyone else too.

But I do know the LP in Washington State has a program where they support good republicans if certain districts don't already have LP'ers running.
