I hope it is close in Cumberland. If it is close there we can win.
It won't be close if they knock out the big caucuses where Ron dominates as they did the city of Portland.

Santorum is beating Mitt in Androscoggin
What was the strawpoll count?
Those numbers are wrong then. Androscoggin went 200(something ) Ron 140 Mitt and 130 Santorum.

My understanding is the straw poll count was probably close. They are also not announcing them so they can 'surprise' this evening, I believe.
Do you know the exact total:, I want to add it to my results page... thx
Then how are we getting numbers from certain caucus locations?
My understanding is the straw poll count was probably close. They are also not announcing them so they can 'surprise' this evening, I believe. But after the vote the Romney people left and the delegate count apparently was NOT close and one of our guys won the slot to appoint vacancy delegates.
If they make it impossible to work within their system, they bring the results on themselves.
Knowing fully RP's delegate strategy, they will now work to neutralize it. The results of the straw polls hardly matter now; even if RP wins Maine, the establishment GOP can rig and massage the delegate assignation process until they get the script they want.
