PLEASE REPOST THIS FAR AND WIDE!!!!

IT HAS GONE LITTLE NOTICED UNTIL I HEARD ABOUT IT ON RON PAUL'S CAMPAIGN WEBCAST THIS EVENING.

FOX NEWS HAS NOW OFFICIALLY AGAINST RON PAUL AS WELL AS ALL OF US, AND IT IS NOW TIME THAT WE SERIOUSLY TAKE THE FIGHT BACK TO THEM!!!!!!!!

IT APPEARS (FROM THE IOWAPOLITICS.COM WEBSITE) THAT FOX NEWS IS TRYING TO KEEP RON PAUL OUT OF THE DECEMBER 4TH DEBATE IN IOWA!!!

THIS IS FROM IOWAPOLITICS.COM....PLEASE PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO LAST PARAGRAPH WHERE IT STATES THAT IN ORDER TO ATTEND THE DEBATE.....

The candiadates must have:

"Garnered at least 5% of the NATIONAL ELECTORATE as determined by an average of the most recent national TELEPHONE POLLS of registered voters conducted by non-partisan public opinion polling organizations leading up to the registration deadline AS DETERMINED BY FOX NEWS CHANNEL AND THE REPUBLICAN PARTY OF IOWA OR garnered an average of at least 5% in the most recent polls of Iowa voters conducted by the American Research Group and the Des Moines Register."

Republican Party of Iowa: To host presidential debate in Des Moines

Debate to be nationally televised by FOX NEWS CHANNEL

The Republican Party of Iowa announced today that it will hold its presidential debate at Hy-Vee Hall in downtown Des Moines. The event, to be held the evening of December 4, 2007, will be the first debate in Iowa to be televised by FOX News Channel this election season, as well as the first debate sponsored by the Republican Party of Iowa.

Republican Party of Iowa Chairman Ray Hoffmann said, "With the caucuses less than a month away, our December 4 debate will be very telling to Iowans and the nation. We are thrilled to be having this event in central Iowa, and right in downtown Des Moines which will be the epicenter on caucus night."

The debate will be limited to those candidates who have satisfied the following criteria:

1. Announced a formal campaign for President: and

2. Filed the necessary paperwork with the Federal Election Commission; and

3. Met all U.S. constitutional requirements; and

4. Garnered at least 5% of the national electorate as determined by an average of the most recent national telephone polls of registered voters conducted by non-partisan public opinion polling organizations leading up to the registration deadline as determined by Fox News Channel and the Republican Party of Iowa or garnered an average of at least 5% in the most recent polls of Iowa voters conducted by the American Research Group and the Des Moines Register.

AND THIS JUST HAPPENS TO COME OUT THE EXACT DAY THAT RON PAUL HAS MADE HISTORY BY RAISING MORE MONEY IN ONE DAY THAN ANY OTHER CANDIDATE!!!!!

THEY KNOW THAT RON PAUL DOESN'T REGISTER IN THESE BOGUS "NATIONAL PHONE POLLS" AND THUS GIVES THEM A PLAUSIBLE REASON TO EXCLUDE HIM FROM THE DEBATE EVEN IN THE FACE OF SUCH OUTSTANDING SUPPORT THAT WAS EVIDENT TODAY!!!

WE ALL MUST DO SOMETHING!!!!!

PASS THIS ONE TO EVERYONE SO WE CAN ALERT ALL RON PAUL SUPPORTERS IN IOWA THAT ACTION MUST BE TAKEN TO MAKE SURE THAT FOX NEWS DOES NOT KEEP RON PAUL OUT OF THIS DEBATE!!!!!

REPOST THIS TO ALL WITH ANY MODIFICATIONS THAT YOU FEEL NECESSARY!!!

LIVE FREE OR DIE HARD!!!

Over my dead body. He should surpass 5% though soon anyway, especially after the CNN YouTube Debates. I left a message saying "I don't support a particular candidate and neither do most Americans yet; hopefully you will remove #4 on your website because I do not think that any presidential candidate should be excluded.

This is what the donations are for. Waking up the electorate in Iowa. We are never going to have the GOP nor Fox on our side, but what we can do is fund Ron Paul's publicity drive in the Primary states and buy him the name recognition he needs to poll higher on these archaic landline phone polls. It's a broken system but we have to beat it.

"Beating" the system is all well and good when the system is fair.

Do you, however, feel that the pollsters will be "fair" when they conduct these polls?? We already know that the national polls often even omit Ron Paul's name and just put "other" in there instead, therefore giving the vote to no one in particular.

When you have pollsters out there such as Frank Luntz from Fox, how can you say with a straight face that these men don't have an agenda handed to them?

How is THIS kind of system to be "beaten?"

How is THIS kind of system to be "beaten?"

It has to be overwhelmed. So to poll at 10%, he needs to be 12.5% in reality, to poll at 30%, he needs to be 37.5% in reality. It isn't fair, but it is what is necessary to overcome the bias.

If they try this, there is going to be Hell to pay, after we raised that kind of money yesterday.

wow... how ridiculous is that, why stuff like this wouldnt offend any American is beyond me.

New poster, useless eater, listed a bunch of email addresses of the Iowa GOP. Ron Paul's campaign has asked us to STOP emailing the Iowa GOP and FOX news.

Please disregard Useless Eater's post.

Did they actually say that? Do you have something I can read about them saying this, I would appreciate it and I will tell my meetup groups to not email if it is true.

I wish I had mod powers to edit the title of this so that it quits drawing in newbies.

Instead of screaming our heads off, let's actually meet the requirements. We can do it!

I think supporters in that area should riot him in there if they refuse to let him in. If he has a mob in front of the stage it would be hard to drag him off. And I mean that seriously as a last resort because it may be a serious blow if he can't get into the debate.

BUT maybe that will wake up America as to whats going on with him in the media, especially Fox news. Maybe then they will actually get on the internet or something.....

Iowa Dems are excluding Kucinich and Gravel from their debate this Saturday in Des Moines. They are the only candidates against the war and the debate is in the Veterans Memorial Auditorium. We will be having a Ron Paul rally outside the building 5-7pm to wave Ron Paul banners and make sure that when the TV cameras film candidates entering the building there will be a Ron Paul sign in the background. And we have the 95th Division Soldier of the Year for 2006 with us to promote Ron Paul's stance on the Iraq War.

Please comment on this thread to keep it current. This is another major media opportunity to promote Ron Paul
