No, it's not illegal. There is a recent post that has an FCC response and it states clearly that even though the FCC licenses stations/networks... Because of the 5th ammendment FOX NEWS can LEGALLY put out false information!! -Tyler

Sounds like Greta wants her job at CNN back. Fox doesn't take kindly to editorials from their commentators.
