Weed-induced psychosis? That sounds like complete horse shit. Chances are he had psychotic issues long before he ever tried weed and the weed just exacerbated the problem.

Part of experimenting with drugs is research and knowing your own body and what you can handle.

He didn't have psychotic issues before, but weed, along with a lot of other drugs, especially psy drugs, are known to induce psychotic attacks in people who are susceptible to them.

Even if he has to give cudgels to Rick Perry... There are only two people on that stage who served this country. Who is the last President of the United States who served their country in the military? Was it JFK, can't remember. But these guys hiding behind their computer mouses, who are very than willing to see your son or daughter die for their wealth... have never, ever served their country. They have never seen the cost of war, the loss of lives, the destruction of countries. They are still the little boys playing with their G.I. Joe toys.
