Where were you during the primaries when they did everything they could to discredit Ron Paul as a lunatic, a kook, and even a traitor? Fox is a major reason the Republican candidate was John McCain instead of a real conservative.

You seem confused. Not a single person has suggested that the government should force Fox News off the air. No one is suggesting censorship. I'm not sure where you got that idea.
In a free market individuals are free to speak negatively about whatever product, service, or company they like. Just because one is a capitalist doesn't mean one has to support every business.
Furthermore, a large portion of the disdain for Fox news stems from when they excluded Paul from the republican debate a few days before the NH primary, and included candidates who were polling much worse and raised much less money (Thompson, Guliani) There are a myriad of other reasons why myself and others dislike Fox as well.
