Founding Fathers Flyer Set For New Hampshire Newspaper!

It looks awesome, the only problem I have with it is the name "Ron Paul" doesn't stand out enough from the rest of the design, some people will end up not reading the whole thing, we need to make sure they atleast get a visual on a name that stands out somehow

It went up I donated a bit then another donated $20 then you $120, went up from 12 with me to 14 now

being careful with money, $20 sent.

Could/should these be the flyers we take on our ride? Hhmmm...

This is awesome!!! Thanks!

I agree, we need to let them know of the October 12 deadline if this flyer is to be published before then

Also Please add a Link to FreeMe.TV nothing beats hearing Ron Paul speak, many of us were not convinced until we saw him in action.

I've compiled the suggestions listed above and added a couple of my own:

1. Change font and size of "Ron Paul Revolution" at the bottom. I see this as the most important change! This must stand out clearly and be easy to read. I think the current font is too hard to read and blends with the rest of the flyer. A size bump to this line wouldn't hurt either.

2. Remove "As a service to America...." line from the top

3. change "babies" to "children"

4. size bump to the body text for easier reading?

5. remove "We advise you to" from the beginning of the bottom line. "Support his presidential...." would sound a little less harsh and be more to the point.

How about changing the "We warned you not to....." into just "We warned against....." or "We warned not to.....".

Seems to me the "We warned you not to....." gives the feeling of blaming the reader.

I agree with this too.

hey, I don't know what you guys think, but remember Americans are stupid.

We should name who the pics are of.

It would be even better if one of there quotes that Ron Paul always says is listed. That would show they really did warn us.

I mean the actual quotes you see all the time, like the sacrafice liberty for security, you get/deserve neither from Franklin.

Can someone get all the actual quotes together on here? Even if we don't use them this time, maybe we can include them in another version of the flyer.

As I mentioned in another post about this, the only thing that I don't like about the founders ad is where it says "we the founders support Ron Paul" Although it is obvious to Ron Paul's supporters that Paul's platform is the closest to theirs, they are dead, they can't endorse anyone. I think that an undecided voter reading an add that says that the founders support a candidate will find it VERY presumptuous and pretentious.

I can just see anti Paul people saying, "Now the dead founding fathers are endorsing candidates?"

You CAN NOT make an ad having a dead person endorse a candidate. A high profile ad like that will get torn apart by anyone who wants to take a shot at the campaign or the grassroots.

Doesn't anyone else see this?!

I really don't like that line. It should be replaced with something along the line of "Ron Paul's voting record shows that he stands for the ideals of the founders more than any other candidate"

It needs to be edited. The back part is great though!

The way it stands now, he is not planning on using the back part. He is currently planning to run a full page ad directly in the paper.

The back part should be used. That line saying that the founding fathers endorse ron paul, absolutely needs to be removed. You can't say something like that. It is just as foolish as saying someone alive gave you an endorsement when they never did.....

Use the back part. It is much more informative anyway.

Mark my words, putting words in the mouths of the founding fathers will not sit well with people....

um...i realize most folks are clueless.....but i think they'll understand that the founders are dead, and will see the creative point its trying to make....

i will however change the "we warned you" to "we warned against" and i'll add captions for the names of the founders...we will also add youtube video addres for ron paul stop dreaming at the bottom....with a full page we have room to do this..

there will also be a mugshot of RP added to the bottom and a direct appeal to donate
