If that cop had assaulted the woman I would agree with you 100% but that's not how it went down. The cop was assaulted, not the woman.

The video doesn't exactly make that clear, but based on the cops testimony that's exactly what happened.

Interesting how it's almost always a petite woman, or smaller guy, on the receiving end of police conduct like this.

I don't drink beer, but I can guarantee that if a cop was trying to knock something out of my hand and hit me in the face, he'd find himself on the wrong end of all 6'8" 340 pounds of my anger.

Then I guess I'd probably be shot. Or if not, in prison for quite awhile. Maybe if I was wearing some kinda uniform....

That is irrelevant, what a disingenuous judge setting a dangerous precedent. The video shows an action as it happened, even if less people saw the video the events in it would be the same.
