i'm hoping this really is a move toward peace and these guys can't see it yet.

I dislike drones as a weapon of war. They are too impersonal. Want to kil someone? Look them in the eyes and kill them. Drones are too impersonal.

As for the rest, what Rand is doing is a move in the right direction. Is he anti-militarist? Not like I am. I don't think he's an MIC whore like the rest of the senate either, though.
