For Loyalists, Is It Ron Paul Or Nothing?

The only thing that worries me about Obama is if he wins Obamacare is here to stay...

Although I think its here to stay even if any of the neocon wins as we know how they bend for special interest...

Having said that the sooner we get a liberty candidate in there the better so ill take 4 years of Obama so Rand has his chance in 4 years... But it willbe tough with media and neocon darling like rubio and that fat fuck christy most likely running...

Got it right here by my desk, he's been very clear you can't just end it outright, competing currencies won't end it for sure, but it will give people choices, those choices may lead to the Fed's demise, but the choice will ultimately be up to the people
Legalizing competing currencies will end my involvement in the Fed instantly. It doesn't matter to me how long it takes everyone else. That is their choice.

Here is a line from a recent letter sent by Ron Paul's campaign.
" Audit the Federal Reserve, which I believe will serve as an important first step toward finally ending the Fed once and for all;"

Is Gary mailing out something similar? Post it or a link if you have it.

I'll support Gary Johhnson as well, don't know why everyone is being so closed minded with the NOBP stuff, that just feeds into the "cult" stereotype.

I agree with this 100%

I understand what they are saying but there is no reason they cannot say they are gonna support gary and then NOBP:) hint hint

If the gop isn't careful at convention i could see a Paul/Johnson Ticket or a Johnson/Paul Ticket, please let me dream:)

Voting for GJ will get us nowhere (Nobody is voting for a 3rd party candidate, especially old people in the GOP) and I seriously doubt he'll come close to winning in a general election. There are no other POTUS candidates who are good enough so for me it's always (unless he drops out) going to be NOBP.

Well, if we're in a 3rd party run "old people in the GOP" obviously won't be relevant anymore, also I realize voting GJ might be a "wasted" vote but how is it anymore so than doing a write-in vote that likely won't even be counted? If we could get Gary 5% (tough I know) that would atleast say something.

Depending on where you live, a write-in vote for Ron Paul may not even be counted- that is the case here in Texas. In that case, your write-in is worth the same as not voting at all.

At the end of the election GJ will have a few thousand votes as the LP nominee and it's not even definite he'll be the nominee (could nominate another fake Libertarian like Bob Barr). What does that accomplish? Anyone who runs as a third party is going to be treated badly in the media and public perception will be terrible.

I know for sure I will not vote for a democrat or any other republican. I will weigh my options as to how to have the best impact with my vote if that situation occurs. Johnson, write-in, Vermin Supreme: who cares if they are going to give it to whomever "they" choose anyway. I would love to see a lot of people show up to not vote for one or the other regardless of who they vote for.

No One But Paul.

My vote will not go to anyone else, for any reason. Period, end of story.

End the Wars. Save the Dollar. Restore our Civil Liberties.
