y don't these people come back to the forums
My county level State Committeeman is running for re election in 2016, he holds local Mises Circle events and gave me the rundown of my REC before my 1st meeting. I metioned what's up with the RLC in our county and he alluded to it just being us 2....definitely working on that from then to 11/08/2016.
