Has SRLC always done this?

It seems like an anti-Paul strategy to me.

It was the practice in 1998 and 2006, at least, so I don't think it is by itself an anti-Paul strategy. However, I can easily imagine them pulling some new shit like declaring the winner to be the one with the highest 1st plus 2nd vote totals or something.

Isn't that how it already works? Some sort of point system where a first place vote counts as 2 points and a second place vote gets 1 point.

I don't if this is possible...but why not vote Ron Paul twice....=three points.

But if you do that, there is always the chance that they throw those ballots out as cheating or something.

I find this system a little weird.
